This case was made it during the course "My First Experience as a Data Analyst" and the idea was to visualize the extracted insights and provide a unique visual way to understand for business people the data through a Sales Dashboard made it with Power BI. The insights were extracted from the first case called "Strategic Insights Generation for an e-commerce Company".

Before creating the sales dashboard with Power BI, you must create a Business Functional Requirements Document. This document defines the scope of the project and the specific tasks to be performed, including a mock up with the design of the final dashboard. This document also prevents sudden changes from being made and you can see it below.

The SQLite ODBC Driver was installed in the operating system for emulating the company's database and be the source from which Power BI will extract the data.
The tickets table contains all the sales of the company.
A new sections table for including the business sections was created which contains the images through an URL. Power Query was used for transform the data in its columns. This sections table was related with the tickets table in a one-to-many relationship.
